Terms of Service
Last updated March 20, 2026.
These terms govern your use of TrainingLogger. They are written to be readable—if anything feels unclear, we would rather fix the wording than hide behind jargon.
Agreement
By using TrainingLogger, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they were last revised.
The service
TrainingLogger provides tools to log workouts, view history, and related functionality we ship from time to time. Features may change, improve, or pause during beta or early access—we will try to be straightforward when something materially affects how you use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. Use accurate information where asked, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use TrainingLogger to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights
- Probe, attack, or overload our systems without permission
- Scrape or resell the service in ways that harm users or stability
- Misrepresent who you are or impersonate others
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules—or the spirit behind them—are violated.
Third-party services
The app relies on providers such as Clerk (auth), Appwrite (data storage), and, when you use them, AI APIs. Their terms and policies also apply where relevant. We choose integrations carefully; we do not control every detail of how a third party operates.
Health and fitness
TrainingLogger is not medical advice. It does not replace a coach, clinician, or qualified professional. You are responsible for how you train and for any health decisions you make. If something hurts or feels wrong, stop and seek appropriate help.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard on reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainingLogger and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if anything) or twenty-five dollars (USD), unless the law requires otherwise.
Termination
You may stop using TrainingLogger at any time. We may suspend or end access for operational, legal, or security reasons, or if these terms are breached. Provisions that should survive (such as disclaimers and limits on liability) will remain in effect where applicable.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are governed by applicable law as determined between you and us for your jurisdiction, without giving up any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
